Case Study 1

Challenge:

This business was struggling with retention, losing ethically-diverse talent, and struggling to retain women in their organization with no idea as to why.

Solution:

Through both qualitative and quantitative research, I created a Talent Flow Analysis that identified the core issues and provided clear context as to why these existed and where they were coming from.

Results:

From these results, we created Differentiated Development that led to the creation of the Women’s Executive Development Cohort, which diminished these gaps and led to a greater path into leadership positions and improved both promotion and retention rates.

Case Study 2

Challenge:

The challenge here was to find a way to get the most senior leadership team to buy into the journey of improving diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the organization.

Solution:

We created a scheme where each executive and officer in the organization also becomes a D.E.I. Ambassador where they had to commit to 1) develop to lead, 2) leadership on the move, and 3) good faith efforts.

Results:

Different leaders from across the organization worked directly with those down the hierarchy in ways they would never otherwise have, leading to greater understanding and appreciation of the D.E.I. efforts taking place.

Challenge:

The challenge we faced here was getting clear on how we were going to effectively assess inclusion so it would lead to progress and change in the organization.

Solution:

From my decade-plus of research and experience, I developed a tool that measured grit, growth mindset, and nine psychological variables to better understand how successful people approach their work.

Results:

By giving each leader a clear insight into where they currently exist on the continuum, we empowered them to be better individual leaders and also create a greater leadership team where they worked in unison.
